By using Maintainly Health ("the app"), operated by Spuyten Group LLC ("we"), you agree to these terms.
1. Not medical advice
Maintainly is a personal tracking and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing recommendations. Information you log is your own record-keeping. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in this app.
2. Your data, your responsibility
Your data is stored locally on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for your device backups. We are not able to recover data you delete or lose.
3. Subscriptions
Maintainly Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID ($4.99/month or $29.99/year, with any free-trial period shown at purchase). Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful personal purposes and not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse it.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered — do not rely on the app as your sole means of remembering medication.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spuyten Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
