Privacy Policy

Maintainly Health · Effective July 2026

The short version: your health data never leaves your phone. We don't have servers that store it, we can't see it, and we don't sell it — because we never receive it.

What we collect

Health and tracking data — nothing. Your medications, doses, injection sites, weights, food-noise levels, notes, and settings are stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. Maintainly has no account system and no server that receives this data. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it (it may persist in your own device backups, which you control through iOS).

Purchases. If you subscribe to Maintainly Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service, to validate purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and purchase receipt information — never your name, email, or any health data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Website email list (optional). If you submit your email on our website to receive updates, it is stored by our form provider and used only to send you Maintainly news. Unsubscribe anytime. This is entirely separate from the app, which never asks for your email.

Notifications. Dose reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification content is sent to us or any server.

Analytics and tracking — none. We use no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no cross-app tracking.

What we share

Nothing, with anyone, ever — with the single exception of the anonymous purchase validation described above.

Your choices

You can erase all app data at any time in Settings → "Erase all data & start over." You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. You can disable reminders in Settings or in iOS notification settings.

Children

Maintainly is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Not medical advice

Maintainly is a tracking and educational tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend doses. Always consult your healthcare provider about your medication.
